Bilastine in Bilacalm tablet is first line treatment in Urticaria recommended by various medical guidelines for urticaria. BILACALM is non sedating. It does not enhance the effects of alcohol or CNS sedatives and does not impair driving performance. BILACALM shows its effect with 30-60 minutes after oral administration.

Direction of use
Dosing: 1 tablet once daily 1 hr before or 2 hrs after intake of food or as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.
