Jectocos plus Injection is an iron supplementation containing all Haemopoetic factors which are responsible for red blood cells (RBC) formation at the Bone marrow and spleen resulting in faster Hb rise and faster patient recovery. Folic acid & Hydroxocobalamin in Jectocos plus helps in RBC maturation. Iron sorbitol citric acid in Jectocos plus, due to low molecular weight of 3400 Daltons is readily absorbed after intramuscular (IM) Injection. Jectocos plus in aqueous base has low incidences of local pain /tenderness/abscess. So, ensures compliance. Minimal local irritation. No pigmentation.
Indication
In Moderate to severe iron deficiency anaemia and non-compliance to oral iron therapy.
Composition
Each ml Contains Iron-sorbitol-Citric Acid Complex Equivalent to Elemental Iron 50 mg + Folic Acid 500 mcg + Hydroxocobalamin 50 mcg
