Prugo is Hydroxyzine Hydrochloride, first generation, classical and time tested anti-histamine and offers Anti-allergic, Anti-pruritic and Anxiolytic property. Prugo relieves pruritus and calms the patient. Prugo offers sustained anxiolytic action without habit formation and withdrawal side effects, unlike other anxiolytics. Relieves itching within 30 minutes.
Indication
- Pruritus due to allergic conditions such as chronic urticaria
- Atopic and contact dermatitis and Anxiety

Direction of use
Dosage for adults: In pruritus – starting dose of 25 mg and increase if necessary to 25 mg three or four times daily, In anxiety: 50-100 mg daily in divided doses or as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Prugo Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
